6 months old today

Well Lincoln turned 6 months old today I can't believe it! I am happy he is healthy and growing and all that but it's like where is time going? He is getting big so fast! He is starting to try and roll over he gets onto his side and then he laughs and lays there and then back to his back but he is getting there slowly but surely! He is starting to mumble now and he is saying his mmmm's and when he is whining cause he doesnt want to go to sleep and fighting it he will say ma ma and today he just started with the P sound so he is sayin pa pa pa but no da da poor Bryan lol. He has been runnin a fever with this crappy teething so he has been wanting me to hold him or he wimpers which is frustrating when your tryin to get stuff done. Bryan's working his new job now at the jail and he just started on the 3pm-11pm shift so I have taken over Bath duty and now we get in the bed together and then Bry puts him in his crib when he comes home so its kinda nice to cuddle. Time sure does fly!

Teething bites

Lincoln got one tooth on Christmas Day and the one next to it was workin its way into his mouth but hadn't broke through. Well now it has joined its friend and he is teething badly in the back right of his mouth. Teething likes to wake him up just about ever hour and a half at night now and likes to give me a run for my money with the dirty diapers. He has a bib on unless he is sleeping cause if not it looks like he went swimming cause of the drool and he is a little bit whiny which he never is so thats taking some getting used to! He is at a great age I love it but teething....is driving me nuts and he has a whole mouth left to go lol

Lincoln finally has his specialist appointment

Linc finally went yesterday to the nueromuscular doctor in syracuse. They said he is fine and right where he should be for 5 months. They want him to come back in 2 months cause they said he has slightly increased muscle tone and I mean being to strong sounds like a good thing but he said that the fact he is so strong means that some of his other muscles are getting as strong as the muscles they team with so he might need some physical therapy. They also referred us to another doctor for his head shape and they said he will be able to tell us more about what he needs to fix the shape weather it be a helmet or whatever. On a scale to 1-10 they said its a 4 so its not sooo bad but I have to call this doctor today. So we are both excited to know that he doesnt have autism or anything like our doctors here were kinda getting at and this specialist said they cant even tell this early so we have switched to a real ped. for linc instead of our family practice doc.
